Ottili Files is the core file and storage foundation of Ottili ONE. It is not a small upload widget — it is the shared storage layer that powers users, companies, Ottili AI, Business Hub, Flows, and LD3.
What you can do
- Upload and organise*: store documents, images, and exports in folders.
- Share*: attach files to customers, orders, and tasks in Business Hub.
- Control access*: files are company-scoped and respect role permissions.
- Automate*: Flows and AI read and produce files as part of workflows.
Company-scoped by default
Every file belongs to a company. Access follows the same tenant boundary as the rest of Ottili ONE, so files never leak across companies.
Used across the platform
- Ottili AI* reads files for context and can generate new ones.
- Business Hub* links files to records (contracts, briefs, receipts).
- LD3* uses source files and media as publishing inputs.
- Flows* move and transform files as steps.
Tips
- Use consistent folders per customer or project for easy retrieval.
- Grant only the roles that need a file — permissions are enforced everywhere.
