Draft and approval-first
LD3 publishing is draft/approval-first by default. Nothing is published externally without a review step, and every publish is auditable.

LD3 actions live under the ld3.* namespace and can be triggered by Ottili AI or Flows — for example, generating a post from a topic and routing it to review.
